To put it simply, acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting ultra-thin needles into certain zones or pressure points on the body. This process is said to help stimulate and increase blood and lymph fluid circulation to relieve and promote physical and emotional well-being. Of course, like skincare, everyone's body is different and may react to the treatments differently. But we think it's an interesting approach to try out! And don't worry—the needles may seem intimidating, but as Fel says, they don't hurt!
