Their communications on plans to attack Houthi terrorists were leaked to the press, and it turned out that someone had inadvertently added a journalist to the secure chat. The incident has now turned into a debate on the security of government communications and whether laws could have been broken. But what’s being left out of the discussion is that Signal is actually approved for government and even some military communications.
