In joint collaboration, the Academy of Forensic Nursing (AFN) and Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting (DAFOH) will host the inaugural Nurses Summit to Combat and Prevent Forced Organ Harvesting on Nov. 1 and share a unified vision to protect and promote ethical medical and nursing practices worldwide.

With the goal of advancing this mission and disseminating knowledge, this virtual event will highlight the importance of the topic of the crime of forced organ harvesting to the international nursing community.

The Nurses Summit features nursing scholars, leaders, human rights experts, and eyewitnesses who are passionate about raising awareness about this problem, preventing collusion, and seeing it end.

Speakers will inform on topics central to nursing science, ethics, and practice followed by a Q&A session. The 30-minute documentary, “Medical Genocide: Hidden Mass Murder in China’s Organ Transplant Industry,” will be shown during the break.

CEU NOTICE: Continuing Education contact hours will be awarded upon completion of the Nurses Summit on Combatting and Preventing Forced Organ Harvesting. The Academy of Forensic Nursing is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

You can watch the first event live on this page or on EpochTV.
