NYC Restaurants Sue Cuomo Over Dining Regulations

Restaurants in the City are suing the governor for constantly changing dining regulations. They say it violates their civil rights.

In September the industry sued the government for $500 million dollars, in an attempt to lift indoor dining to just 50 percent. That case was dismissed.

And last month several restaurants sued Governor Cuomo to prevent a second indoor dining ban from taking place. That lawsuit is still ongoing.
