NYC to Have ‘Year-Round’ Outdoor Dining

Outdoor dining in New York City is now permanently year-round. Mayor Bill de Blasio called the trend a new part of life in the city for generations to come. This comes as restaurants have been limited to outdoor dining for the past three months due to statewide efforts to prevent the spread of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, and after restaurant owners have repeatedly called on the mayor and governor to help their businesses recover from the fallout.
