NYYRC President on Pressures Members Face Coming Out to Support Trump

“We threw this together at the last minute of the last 24 hours. We weren’t sure if we even want to come out because some people don’t like us. But we’re here to show our support for President Trump in the bluest area in the country,” Gavin Mario Wax, the 76th president of the New York Young Republican Club (NYYRC), said on Monday at a rally they held in lower Manhattan to protest Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s potential indictment of former President Donald Trump.
