Representative Warren Davidson spoke with the host of The Epoch Times’ American Thought Leaders Program in Washington, D.C. Davidson says that no state should be able to deprive its citizens of equal protection under the law, such as one person one vote.
Davidson also offered his view on what the vice president might do in light of President Donald Trump and his lawyer Rudy Giuliani saying Pence can reject fraudulently chosen electors.
“I think the vice president will simply open the ballots, and it’ll be up to Congress to object.”
