Opposition to Biden’s IRS Surveillance Plan

President Joe Biden is proposing to allow the IRS access to a great deal of private bank account information. He says it’s to prevent the rich from evading taxes. But there’s growing opposition to his plan, including from GOP senators and from the banks themselves.
