Oregon to Help Feds Quell Portland Riots

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the state of Oregon have reached an agreement aimed at quelling the violence in Portland. The governor agreed to send in state troopers and DHS says it’s keeping federal agents at the courthouse until it’s secure.
