Outgunned Ukrainian Army Fighting ‘Intelligently, Passionately’: Analyst

Here to give NTD some analysis on the Ukraine crisis is Donald Jensen. He’s the director for Russia and Europe at the U.S. Institute of Peace. He says Russian President Vladimir Putin is becoming less discriminate and more violent. That’s because a Russian artillery strike on Kharkiv killed dozens of civilians. The Ukrainian interior ministry reported the casualties. Jensen starts by telling us more about Ukraine’s efforts to resist the invasion.
