Hearing on Trump Election Case

Former President Donald Trump and all of his co-defendants in the Georgia election case waived their rights to in-person arraignments and they will not appear at the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta. However, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee will preside over a severance hearing for co-defendants Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell, who are requesting their cases be severed from each other, as well as the others charged in this case.
