Over 900 Percent Spike in Chinese Migrants at US Border

U.S. border authorities noted a spike in Chinese migrants coming illegally into the United States via the Southern border.

That number jumped to 4,200 between October 2022 and February 2023, compared to 1,900 in all of the fiscal year 2022.

But the number could be even higher. Officials say the Rio Grande Valley sector saw an over-900-percent increase in Chinese nationals over the same time last year.
