Oxford Filter Cameras: Traffic Scheme or Climate Lockdown?

Oxford is set to install six traffic filter cameras that will enforce new rules on how frequently people can travel on certain roads. It’s raised concerns that such restrictions won’t reduce congestion and would instead damage local businesses, with some calling it a climate lockdown. For Oxford residents, driving through the filters more than a hundred times a year will result in a fine.
