A nonprofit organization consisting of legal counsels is suing the state of California over an existing bill that limits religious exemptions for childhood vaccinations.
They say it violates the constitutional rights of parents to make medical decisions for their children. This comes as the state plans to add the COVID-19 jab to the list of vaccines required to attend school.
