Passenger Train From NYC to Biden’s Hometown

The Biden administration is considering restoring a 28.5-mile stretch of abandoned railway to be used for passenger train service. If restored, it would allow passengers to ride from New York City to President Joe Biden’s hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
