On July 22, Rayne Barton went to her scheduled doctor’s appointment. Staff told her to put on a mask, in accordance with their policy. But Rayne said she couldn’t and then refused to leave. She says staff called the police, who arrested her. She told NTD why she couldn’t put on the mask.
