Pennsylvania Governor Backs Out of Campaign Promise to Fund School Choice: Advocate Says Unions, Politics to Blame

Pennsylvania’s Democratic Governor Josh Shapiro has gone back on his campaign promise to expand school choice in the state. Democrats and Republicans couldn’t agree on the program during budget talks, and Shapiro sided with his party. We spoke with school choice advocate Walter Blanks Jr. to get his take on the move.
