Philippine mall under attack by ISIS terrorists

Gunman opened fire in a Resorts World complex in Manila. Explosions were also reported. Smoke can be seen coming off the roof.

Resorts World consists of a hotel, mall, and casino. The complex is near Manila’s international airport. ISIS claimed responsibility for lone wolf attacker involvement.

Police have not revealed any specific details yet.
