Philly Mayoral Candidates Tackle Crime, Poverty

Eleven Democrats and one Republican are vying to become mayor of Philadelphia. Some of the candidates gathered at the Community College of Philadelphia and among them, Jeff Brown, an owner of a supermarket chain, told NTD that he would plan to rebuild the police force to reduce the city’s crime rate.
