A video of a machine that gently cracks open and separates eggs has been described as ‘mesmerising’ and ‘oddly satisfying’ to watch.
The RZ-1, otherwise known as the ‘one row egg breaker machine’, carefully breaks open the egg shells before separating the whites from the yolk in one fluid movement.
The machine is so efficient it can handle 120 eggs at once, and in just one hour can separate 1,800 yolks.
