Possible Attack on Nord Stream Pipelines: What Does It Mean for Europeans?

Swedish coastguard said on Sept. 29 that it had discovered a fourth gas leak on the damaged Nord Stream pipelines, after three mysterious leaks had hit the pipelines on the same day due to a possible attack.
