A rally against Michigan Proposal 3, the Right to Reproductive Freedom Initiative, is being held at the state capitol in Lansing, Michigan, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET on Oct. 15. The proposal is on the Nov. 8 ballot in Michigan as an initiated constitutional amendment.
