Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan is the crown prince of Abu Dhabi. He is the deputy supreme commander of the United Arab Emirates armed forces. He is also the de facto UAE foreign minister.
According to the White House, the two discussed bilateral defense cooperation, counterterrorism, resolving the conflicts in Yemen and Syria, and the threat posed by Iran. They also discussed ways to increase economic cooperation.
