On November 19, President Donald Trump’s legal team, led by lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sydney Powell, delivered what they characterized as their opening statement to the American people of the case they intend to make of widespread fraud in multiple states—including at least GA, PA, MI, WI, NV, and AZ. They say they have more than double the votes needed to overturn the election In terms of provable illegal ballots. Former NY Mayor Giuliani also said that tomorrow the team would be filing a major lawsuit in Georgia.
To discuss these developments, we welcome back Jason Shepherd, chairman of the Cobb County Republican Party; and Garland Favorito, co-founder of the nonpartisan VotersGA, a vote integrity watchdog organization.
