After 30 years, the Real Alternatives program in Pennsylvania has been defunded. Real Alternatives says it provides free and life-affirming pregnancy and parental support services for mothers and couples in need of care and advice. NTD’s Daniel Monaghan spoke with Maria Gallagher of the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation about why she believes the decision to defund was political.
