Professor Comments on the State of California’s Drought, Floods, and Reservoirs

Many people are wondering what the onslaught of constant rain, floods, and storms in California means for its drought. NTD spoke with Katherine Cushing, chair and professor of environmental studies at San Jose State University, about the floods. Her area of research is sustainable water resource management.
