Puppies training to become guide dogs for the blind were brought to Newark Liberty International Airport on April 1 to learn how to navigate the airport.

The Labradors, German shepherds and retrievers walked around the terminal, rode escalators and even boarded a plane.

One of the trainers said that the airport is one of the more complicated places a guide dog can be required to go.

After completing their training, the dogs will live with a foster family for about two years before being put into service.
