Raab: PM Garden Gathering Not Against Rules

Prime Minister Boris Johnson is facing more scrutiny. A photo published by the Guardian is said to show him and several staff members in the garden of Downing Street during the first national lockdown, with cheese and wine on the table. Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab said the garden was a place of work and the gathering was not against the regulations at the time.
