Rail Passengers Told to Quarantine in NYC

New York City is now intercepting travelers coming in by train from out of state. City employees at Penn Station are handing out flyers, taking down information, and telling them to quarantine.

They must stay at home or in a hotel for two weeks. And if they don’t they could face a $10,000 fine.
