Record-Breaking Rain Continues Across Southern California

Rainfall in California has already broken records since the atmospheric river barreled into the state, causing major damages and flooding. At least three people have died from falling trees in Northern California, while Southern California crews responded to over 300 mudslides and rescued dozens of people and animals.
