The House is demanding that the Chinese Communist Party release Mark Swidan. Swidan is an American citizen who has been wrongfully detained in China for over 10 years, and sentenced to death. The House unanimously passed a resolution earlier this week. NTD spoke to Rep. Michael Cloud (R-Texas), the sponsor of the resolution.
