Rep. Franklin: Zelenskyy Rallies People Well; US Didn’t Supply Weapons ‘Early Enough’

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy is calling to put more pressure on Moscow. Ukraine says over 15,000 Russian troops have been killed thus far. This comes as Russian President Vladimir Putin held a call with French President Emmanuel Macron on peace talks between Russia and Ukraine.
