Rep. Hageman Grills AG Garland Over His Repeated Mention of Hunter Biden Special Counsel’s Appointment by Trump as US Attorney

At a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Sept. 20, Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-Wyo.) questioned Attorney General Merrick Garland on tax charges against President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden. She also asked Mr. Garland why he “repeated over and over and over again” that special counsel David Weiss—who charged Hunter Biden—was appointed by former President Donald Trump to be United States Attorney.
