Rep. Richard McCormick (R-Ga.), a new congressman from Georgia, explains why people should not turn to the government for solutions. He tells NTD that it is extremely dangerous for the government to censor those who don’t agree with it, and the government shouldn’t be involved in morality, or healthcare in the sense that it becomes the standard.

The congressman also discusses how he plans to gain support across the aisle to get things done in a divided Congress.
