Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Penn.) told NTD that it was a huge mistake that the state changed the voting laws without an amendment in October 2019, which would be the proper way to do it. He claimed there had been so many irregularities during the presidential election due to the change in the voting laws that state members would want to investigate in order to ensure the integrity of the election.
