Report: What It Can Cost NYC to House an Influx of Illegal Immigrants From Southern Border

A New York Post report estimates New York City will spend more than $300 million per year to house busloads of illegal immigrants coming from Texas. Mayor Eric Adams has a plan to rent luxury hotel rooms to shelter the recent arrivals. Officials estimate more than 6,000 illegal immigrants have arrived from the southern border since the surge began in May.
