A reported explosion injured at least 10 people inside a St. Petersburg, Russia, supermarket.
According to RT, “There was a bang. Emergency personnel are already on the scene. The evacuation has been completed, and there was no fire,” a local Emergencies Ministry official said.

At least 50 people were evacuated from the building.

The explosion occurred in a storage locker.
Officials are treating the explosion as a potential mass killing attempt.

Sources said that the explosion was the equivalent of 200 grams of TNT, RT reported.
