In California, three and a half weeks after the election, it appears that the Republicans have won another House seat. David Valadao looks certain to take the 21st district, unseating Democratic incumbent TJ Cox, who in turn, had unseated Valadao in 2018. This could be the third House seat to flip from blue back to red in California, with a fourth likely.
