Residents Still Without Power in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Some Michigan residents are still without heat or power. Freezing rain from the storm is being blamed for power outages that started last week. Tree limbs and power lines in the southeast part of the state were coated in ice. The extra weight caused many to come down.
