The situation in Afghanistan has gone from a troop withdrawal to what the Biden administration has called an evacuation. With 13 U.S. service members killed at the Kabul airport, nearly 90 retired, high-ranking military officers have signed a letter calling for the resignation of those in charge—Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley.
