U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is considering war crimes charges for the Syrian president. He stressed that it isn’t easy to bring such weighty charges on someone.
He made the comments in Moscow at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Moscow continued to defend its Syrian ally. Russia continues to reject believing Syria’s Assad is the bad guy.
Lavrov stated that Syrian rebels are the ones that need to be investigated for chemical weapons.
