Rise of Cocaine User Camps in Paris: Report

NTD has a special report from France about the increased use of cocaine in the French capital. Authorities are considering opening injection rooms to allow for a safe space for crack users, but drug use monitoring groups are pleading for a different solution. One such organization helps to rescue young people trapped in crack user camps in the northeast of Paris. NTD spoke to one of the rescuers and visited one of these camps.
