Three young koalas were stolen from the home of their caretaker. They were 3 of 11 koalas being treated by the specialist.
Koala caretaker Sam Longman spoke about her sadness in finding the koalas missing, “I just want them to come home, they’re sick, they need care. General members of the public don’t know how to care for them, and can’t do the right thing by them.So just do the right thing and bring them back.”
The koalas weigh between 4.4 and 6.6 pounds (2 to 3 kg) a piece. There is no clue as to their whereabouts.
