Robert Henneke is General Counsel at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. He’s also a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Henneke talks about how things might play out with the election lawsuit filed by the state of Texas on Dec. 8 in the U.S. Supreme Court against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, alleging that the states unconstitutionally changed election laws, treated voters unequally, and triggered significant voting irregularities by relaxing ballot integrity measures.
