Rubio Says United Nations 'Playing No Role' in Russia, Ukraine Peace Efforts

On the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly in New York City, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the United Nations is not playing a role in pushing for peace in Ukraine and Gaza.
