RUSADA Does About-Face, Appeals Own Valieva Ruling

The Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) has appealed its own decision on figure skating sensation Kamila Valieva to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. However, it is suggesting a reprimand as punishment, unlike the World Anti-Doping Agency, which is suggesting a four-year ban.
