Russian President Vladimir Putin visited North Korea this week, and established a defense pact with communist regime leader Kim Jong Un. According to Brent Sadler, a research fellow for naval warfare and advanced technology at the Allison Center for National Security at The Heritage Foundation, this agreement will ultimately lead to the war in Ukraine being prolonged.
