Russia Promises to Scale Down Operations

Ukraine and Russia’s negotiation teams had their first face-to-face meeting since early March. The meeting was constructive and Russia says it will reduce attacks around Kyiv. Ukraine put forward a detailed proposal, including a 15-year-negotiation on the issue of Crimea.
