Russia Restarts Attacks on Azovstal Factory

Russian forces are firing rockets at the Azovstal steel plant again. Moscow says it’s because Ukrainian soldiers took advantage of a ceasefire there to move into firing positions. Officials say about 200 civilians are still trapped in the factory, despite evacuations over the weekend.
