Armed with hypersonic missiles, a Russian frigate has arrived in South Africa. It’s there for joint naval exercises with China and South Africa. Scheduled just before the first anniversary of the Ukraine war.
The drills come alongside two U.S. leading military exercises in other parts of Africa.
